Delivery Information
We dispatch daily between Monday - Friday. We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days from day of order placed, at busier times this can take longer (Please contact us if you require a quicker dispatch and we can let you know!)
Royal Mail Special Delivery WILL be dispatched on the same day of order placed (if placed before 2pm, Monday-Friday. After this time order will be dispatched the next working day.)

FREE UK Standard Postage when spending over £50.00 and up to the value of £100.00 (on orders under 2kg, orders over this weight or large parcels that have to be sent via a carrier service are charged at our heavier parcel rate at £9.99) Isabelle Lee Collection bears and items over £100.00 are unfortunately excluded from the FREE delivery due to the value and they have to be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Next Day Delivery, Goods are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Order before 2pm for next day delivery (Between Monday - Thursday) Any orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday and orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday. (on heavier goods a carrier service may be used.)
Saturday delivery can be arranged for and additional £6.00 for Special Delivery
Overseas
Please note that we can no longer send any JELLYCAT products overseas as from June 2022.
Standard Delivery, up to 2kg Goods are dispatched via either Royal Mail International Tracked or signed for, Goods over 2.01kg will be dispatched with a carrier ( normally Parcel Force ) please be aware customs and import duties will need to be paid once the parcel reaches your country. We are not responsibile for these charges.
Returns Policy
We honour your right to cancel an order under the distant selling regulations (2000). You have 14 days from the day of reciept to return the good's back to us.
You must notify us before hand to let us know you are returning an item otherwise we cannot accept it. Unless your delivery is defective or damaged, it is your responsibility to return the goods at your cost. We recommend using a tracked and signed delivery method.
Refunds are less the original postage cost incurred by www.onemorebear.co.uk
Good's must be returned in a saleable condition, in original packaging, with tags still attached and any extra's that are included (e.g. dust bags, certificates.) Any promotional item or free gifts that were sent as part of the order must be returned also.
Refunds will be processed within a 30 day period.
